Constable Reed was the Bobby who walked around. We would ask him if his head would touch the top of his helmet. Jess I remember that night you fell in the cemetary. NewMarket was the spot.

Trevor, the "deranged" bus driver, was still driving the kids to school in 2000. My son got the privilege of getting to ride on his bus!

Bekky, it only counts if you fell off the wall into a big pile of nettles. Oh wait, we all did that at some point. And yes, Jess, I remember the White House, do you remember the Dog Path?

Oh, and Mandy was around when I lived in Newmarket the first time, 30 years ago. (I'm so old). My mom has a story about my dad nearly getting into a fight because some neighbors were picking on Mandy.

Hhmmm. Newmarket, what a great hotel for tea in town. A super cinema where we watched "The Story of O" with the Alberts. We first lived in a place by the water course, and jan nieswaner lived down the road in an apt with SOMEONE, I liked the clock, the city centre and the greengrocer who had green gage plums!

BTW, some of the greatest conversations ever took place at the Wall....

Not in Newmarket, but remember the white house?

Oh my god yeah the wall...
Jason Armstrong and other long hair'd hippie f@#$'s taking me out drinking in Exning, where trying to keep up with the long legged ones i fell in an open grave while running through the graveyard, then in my drunken stupor ran, yes as in the much faster version of walking, ran into a chain link fence. Jesus people slow down and wait for the short girl already!

Yes Bekky, I believe that is almost a more pertinent requirement then actually residency.

I remember the Community Center, and the ice cream dude.
I remember tripping out to exning to go to the pubs too.
Good lord, we got away with so much out there.
The Parties at my house, that my mother so lovingly threw for all of us to do something alcohol free, and we'd sneak it in through the upstairs window.
I also remember a woman named Deb that was a GI's wife and lovingly helped me repark my folk's Cintroen when I couldn't figure out all the hydralic crap that made it impossible to put in reverse LOL.
