ON-LINE REUNION DATES! Suggestions on special weeks of the year to meet on this site?

I had suggested that we created a tradition of special times of the year when people who don't come on this site very often can check in and be sure to find a heavy flurry of activity. I had suggested that these special on-line reunion weeks be each week starting on the first day of each season. The week beginning with the first day of Fall, and the week begininning with the first day of Spring would be the major reunion weeks, and then first week of Winter and the first week of Summer would be minor reunions.
Donna Baril has suggested the weekends of daylight savings time changes, fall and spring. My only concern of that is some states, like Arizona don't have daylight savings time, and several states are thinking of ending it as well.
Please, give me some input on these ideas, or ideas of your own.
