What was your graduating class year? If you were a dormie, which one?: 1979 Kennedy Rd on the Heath

What years were you at Lakenheath?: 74-77

Where are you now, and where have you been?: I live in Kansas City Missouri, when we came back we went to Scott AFB, Illinois for 1 year, then my dad retired and we moved to KC. My husband and I lived in St. Louis and Indianapolis but came back to KC 12 years ago.

What's new with you? Work, play, relationships, family?: Married 23 years in May. 3 boys- Grant 16, Neal 13, Parker 9. We played a lot before we decided to start a family so I'm probably going to win the prize for the youngest kids. From what I've been reading some of you are grandparents................hard to believe.

What did you do between Lakenheath and now?: What everyone else did, grew up and got married and had kids. I have tried so many times to find some of our old friends. I loved being in England and can't believe the freedom we had over there. It truly was one of the best times of my life. I can't wait to hear from some of you!

Name some old Lakenheath classmates you have contact with and will tell about this site.: I'm glad to see Karen Varner on the list, we reconnected and then lost each other again. Jim Byrd found me somehow and told me about this site. Thank You Jim!!!!!

On the topic of going to Lakenheath - I managed to get on base in 1999 but I called before leaving the states & set up the day and time with someone there. But (obviously) that was pre-9/11 so who knows how difficult it is now. Brad Davis '77 lives in England & would probably know what to do if you ever give it another go. Take care, Kelly '77

Ask her if she remembers when she fainted in biology right in front of me when she saw her own blood. Scared me to death! She came out of it okay, but I guess she just didn't like blood.

Thereafter, if anyone ever says they don't like blood, I take them REALLL serious!

Sounds like you've made a great life for yourself. I noticed you didn't mention what airline you work for. My brother in law is a pilot for United.
